Information we collect

Account details (name, email, company and site names), and shift records created when workers clock in and out — including start and stop times, notes, and materials logged.

How we use it

To run the service: showing managers live shift activity, generating timesheets, and sending account and invite emails. We do not sell personal data.

Data retention

Shift history is retained so timesheets and reports stay accurate. Archived sites keep their records rather than deleting them.
